HOW we work

Our personal training sessions are run in small groups between 1-4 people at a time - all located in our fully equipped gym on Wombourne Highstreet. Your workouts are pre-planned from start to finish, so every time you enter the gym you’ll never be stuck for what to do next!

Whether you’re new to gym routines, struggling with an injury or just fancy trying a new approach to fitness, our packages are all uniquely tailored to you and your needs.

Our group sessions allow us to offer a very bespoke personal training service without the hefty price-tag.
