Our gym located on Wombourne High Street, is fully fitted with ski erg, assault bike, squat rack, dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 40kg and so much more.
We pride ourselves on being friendly and motivational for each person that steps through the door, no matter their individual fitness journey.
The best part? All of our workouts are planned out in advance, so that you don’t have to waste precious time figuring out your next move.
