Our most comprehensive plan is tailored for those committed to reaching their full potential. With 12 sessions per month (approximately 3 sessions per week), you’ll enjoy the consistency and intensity needed to transform your fitness and hit your goals faster.

The Kee2Fitness 
Journey

Kee2Fitness began as a passion project after I returned to Wolverhampton from Cardiff during the lockdown, having completed my Master’s in Strength and Conditioning. Initially, it was a part-time venture, training friends and family. But within a year, it grew faster than I ever imagined.

In 2022, I took the plunge and made Kee2Fitness my full-time focus. With demand quickly outgrowing our smaller studio, we relocated to a spacious new facility on the High Street in Wombourne, Wolverhampton. Since then, the Kee2Fitness family has flourished. Our team of expert coaches continues to expand, and we’ve welcomed countless new members into our supportive and empowering community.

At Kee2Fitness, we’re committed to helping our members move their bodies in diverse and functional ways, often introducing them to exercises they wouldn’t typically encounter in a conventional gym. Our partnership with Wolverson Fitness has been key to creating this dynamic training environment.

From hex dumbbells ranging from 1-40kg to a variety of barbells, conditioning equipment, and sandbags, every piece of equipment in our studio is sourced from Wolverson. Their premium-quality gear aligns with our high standards, ensuring that every session is effective, safe, and enjoyable.
